Service Description
Reiki is a form of energy healing; the practitioner will Channel universal life force energy. Reiki can help to bring balance mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, as well as relaxation. It is a non-invasive treatment. This flow of energy may be felt, but not always. This could range from a tingling sensation, visualisations, movement or temperature changes. Although not limited to this. Each individual will have their own unique experience. Distance appointments do not change the effect of Reiki, and this works just as well as an in person appointment. Energy transcends physical space and time Appointments will be conducted remotely during your selected date and time. There will be no Zoom link sent . I will send you a piece of meditation music to listen to during your appointment. You should be comfortable lying or sitting down in a meditative state for the duration of your appointment. I will contact you 10 minutes before as a reminder and let you know once the treatment has ended. I will then send you feedback following the treatment. You can ask any questions and share your experiences if you’d like to.
